Nominations for Officers must be received in writing to the Secretary (please email jameslittle181@gmail.com) at least 14 days in advance of the meeting.
Elected Club Officer roles and their current incumbents are:
• Chair – Rob Haines
• Treasurer – Kirsty Guest
• Secretary – Jim Little
• Welfare Officer – Mike Dean

Rob and Kirsty have both announced to the Committee their intention to resign from post at the 2026 AGM. It is therefore imperative that their roles are filled. Nominations can also be received for role of Secretary and Welfare Officer

Members are politely reminded that, as per the Club’s constitution, they must advise the Secretary in writing of any other business to be moved at the Annual General Meeting at least 14 days before the meeting. Please send your AOB items to the Secretary via email to jameslittle181@gmail.com
